No. Quotes are free, whether it's a small driveway or a larger commercial job. We only charge once you've accepted a scope of work.

Usually, yes, within reason. Let your site contact know as early as possible, since changes partway through can affect the schedule and the final price. We'll always talk it through and confirm before proceeding.
Yes. We run one integrated management system, independently certified to ISO 9001 for quality, ISO 14001 for environment and ISO 45001 for safety. Copies of the certificates are available on request.
