Profiling
Asphalt profiling and milling to depth, as a standalone package or the first half of a resurfacing job.
Rehabilitation work is defined by constraint. The road stays open, the carpark keeps trading, and the resort has six weeks between the last of the snow and the first of the guests. Milling is the straightforward part. The planning around it is not. We profile and remove failed pavement, correct levels and shape, and resurface where that is in scope, working night shifts, staged closures and split visits where that is what the site allows.
Scope: asphalt profiling and removal to depth, mill and fill to roads, carparks and hardstands, level and shape correction, pavement repair and patching, resurfacing and network maintenance packages, and staged and night works in live traffic.
Recent work includes 1,300 tonnes of mill and fill across resort roads and carparks at Perisher and Smiggin Holes, 500 tonnes at Thredbo on a three-week program with public access maintained, and 1,200 tonnes across the Majura Avenue and Fairbairn Avenue intersection upgrade in Canberra, delivered over multiple shifts in live traffic with services relocations and business access maintained throughout.
