Spray Sealing
Priming, primer sealing and spray seal for new pavements, reseal programs and sealed surfaces beneath sporting and court pavements.
Spray sealing looks simple and is not. Binder application rate, aggregate size, surface temperature and the rolling window all have to line up, and the weather rarely holds still for long. Get it wrong and the seal strips within a season. We run spray seal as a discipline in its own right rather than a bolt-on to paving, and our project manager ran the ACT spray seal business unit for a national contractor before joining us.
Scope: priming and primer seals to new pavements, single and two-coat seals, aggregate supply, spread and rolling, reseal and network maintenance programs, sealed surfaces beneath sporting and court pavements, and subdivision and rural road networks.
