Moruya Hospital Precinct Roads

Asphalt paving of new roads and access routes serving the hospital precinct at Moruya on the New South Wales south coast: machine-laid asphalt over freshly constructed kerb and gutter, on a greenfield site being built out around a live construction program.

New roads are unforgiving. Every level, joint and edge is visible for decades, and the paving has to fit the kerb line the civil crew has just finished rather than the other way round. That means careful setout, handwork at every kerb return and pit, and compaction sequenced so the mat is tight before it cools.

Machine paving, handwork, compaction and testing by our own crew, with plant and haulage coordinated so the mix arrived at temperature on every load. Tonnages, staging and client details are available on request.
